History and Origin of Milky Patisa:

The origins of Patisa can be traced back to the Indian subcontinent, where it has been a cherished sweet for centuries. It is believed that Patisa was originally prepared in the kitchens of royal households and later became popular among the masses.

Preparation:

To prepare it, gram flour is roasted in ghee until it turns golden brown and aromatic. Then, sugar syrup is prepared separately and added to the roasted gram flour along with milk and cardamom powder. The mixture is cooked until it thickens and forms a smooth, creamy consistency. Finally, it is poured into molds and allowed to set before being cut into pieces.
